We also support existing systems like Lanier, Dictaphone, Crescendo, RTAS, and DVI.

Document Distribution

eTranscribe is our secure web-based interface for managing transcription documents. This platform allows doctors to access transcribed files through secure web pages in their preferred format. With 128-bit encryption, eTranscribe ensures data protection while providing functionalities such as file access, viewing, and status tracking. This unique URL is tailored for use by doctors, clinics, and hospitals, offering seamless document management.

Search Option: Doctors can run a search and track any report based on Date of Dictation, Patient Name, Date of Birth or Medical Record Number.
The added ability to edit online and listen to the audio simultaneously helps the doctor save time. Once edited, the doctor can electronically sign the documents.
Batch print enables the physician to print all the selected documents at a single click.
